COVID−19 Protocol

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you that our accommodation establishment is fully in line with the special health protocols, on which tourism enterprises rely to take measures against the coronavirus COVID−19, as laid down in the Joint Ministerial Decision no. 1881/29.5.2020 by the Ministries of Finance, Health and Tourism (Greek Government Gazette 2084 Β’/ 29.5.2020) and keeping record of the above visitor information.

The apartments have been ”Health First certified” and follow the Ministry of Health’s guidelines on cleaning and sanitation according to national legislation.

Additionally, Stella Komina has followed a specialized training for health protocol for COVID−19 held by Univerisy of West Attica.

All procedures against COVID−19 issues are processed and achieved.

Safety features

  • Staff follows safety protocols as directed by health authorities.

  • Check-in procedures are processed in advance with your co-corporation.

  • Check-in takes place in an open area.

  • Mandatory check out until 11.00.

  • Mandatory check in from 15.00.

  • Shared stationery and books (e.g. printed info, magazines, pens, paper) removed.

  • Physical distancing rules (1.5m between people, 2m between garden loungers).

  • Shaking hands is forbidden.

  • Provision of special equipment (medical kit) in the event of a COVID-19 case, such as gloves and disposable masks, antiseptics, cleaning wipes, apron, long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer.

  • Disinfection of key cards.


  • Staff have been trained how to safely use their Personal Protective Equipment and  their proper use is being supervised.

  • The cleaning chemicals we use are effective against COVID−19.

  • Linens, towels, and laundry washed in accordance with the health authority guidelines.

  • Accommodation disinfected before each arrival.

  • And subsequently it remains sealed until your arrival.

  • During your stay, according to the new regulations, it is not permitted for the stuff to enter the room.

  • Therefore, if you wish, please advise to arrange a cleaning program for your apartment.

  • Before the arranged cleaning you are requested to open all the windows and during the cleaning hours you are not permitted in the room.

  • In public spaces we have added, to the already rigorous cleaning protocols, that surfaces are treated with disinfectants.

  • Chairs and loungers are numbered and assigned to the corresponding apartment number.
