Health Protocols

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you that our accommodation establishment is fully in line with the special health protocols, on which tourism enterprises rely.

The apartments have been ”Health First certified” and follow the Ministry of Health’s guidelines on cleaning and sanitation according to national legislation.

(It is noteworthy that Stella Komina, has studied P.H in the UNIWA,  where she graduated from, as an inspector of Public Health,   in 1989. )

Safety features

  • Staff follows safety protocols as directed by health authorities.

  • Check-in procedures are processed in advance with your co-corporation.

  • Check-in takes place in an open area.

  • Mandatory check out until 11.00.

  • Mandatory check in from 15.00.

  • Provision of special equipment (medical kit), such as gloves and disposable masks, antiseptics, cleaning wipes, apron, long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer.

  • Disinfection of key cards.

Cleaning

  • Staff have been trained how to safely use their Personal Protective Equipment and  their proper use is being supervised.

  • Linens, towels, and laundry washed in accordance with the health authority guidelines.

  • Accommodation disinfected before each arrival.

  • And subsequently it remains sealed until your arrival

  • Therefore, if you wish, please advise to arrange a cleaning program for your apartment.

  • In public spaces we have added, to the already rigorous cleaning protocols, that surfaces are treated with disinfectants.

  • Cushions are provided per apartment, in order to be used with shared chairs and loungers.
