Who we are
''Simatos apARTments and studios'' is a small, family run self catering accommodation, of 12 apartments, Ceramic Workshop and 8 staff (Stella, Marina, Marianinna, Emmelia, Aida, Malvina, Basil, and Lampros).
What we offer
Summer Holidays ART accommodation
Relax in the 4500 meters of garden with trees, flowers, grass, loungers, children's playground, table tennis and a small football field. Cool off in our "splash pool" (averaging 45cm SAFE DEPTH for small children), read a book on its shore or just relax in the calming environment.
Only 2'-3' walking distance (210 meters) from the amazing beach of Makris Gialos, with no main road in between and the water on the beach gradually deepens, something very important for small children and for many adults.
There are also 3 pool bars very close, which are 1-3 minutes walk away.
Visit our pottery workshop with unique pieces of wonderful ceramic inspirations made by Stella.
Or notice the ceramic creations or paintings, placed all around, that decorate the exterior spaces and the interior of the rooms.
Accommodation suitable for lovers of Art, nature, peace and quiet and at the same time close to all amenities.
Where we are
Our ART accommodation in Kefalonia is located in the Lassi area, 2-3 minutes walk from the award-winning, famous, sandy beach of Makris Gialos.
You can find more beaches nearby, such as Platys Gialos, Paliostafida and Gradakia.
Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, or Kephalonia/Kefallinia, is 3 km.

Close to everything, but far from everything, at the same time.
Our location in Lassi is quiet and residential.
In a walking distance of 150 metres up to the main road of Lassi, there are restaurants, taverns, bars, pubs, shops, supermarkets and ATMs.

Each person is treated as an individual by our warm and welcoming staff, who will make you feel right at home.
