Accomodation details:

Studio ‘’A’’ :         On the ground floor, with a patio. For two people, twin or double bed (please request ).     

Studio ‘’B’’ (suite) : On the ground floor with a patio. For two people. Double bed, sitting room with sofa/bed, for an  extra two people, if requested.

1 bedroom apartment:  On the  1^st floor with a balcony. For two people, sitting room with  sofa/ bed, for an extra two people, if requested . 

2 bedroom apartment: On the 1^st floor, with a balcony. For two or four people, with two bedrooms .

Each  accommodation unit  includes : 1  W.C shower, or bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette, both air conditioning (free of charge) and electric fan available in each apartment, or studio, microwave, oven or stove, two electric rings,  electric kettle, tea pot, coffee maker, toaster, T.V. safe box 3 €/w. Hot water is available at all times._Maid  service three times weekly, linen changed twice weekly and towels three times weekly. We provide you with more often cleanliness, on request., so please advice in case.

General Information:

• Laundry facilities in common use.  4 €/washing, relevant detergents included.
• The accomodation is set amongst a quiet floral garden, with a ‘’water feature’’._

·          There is a children s play area within the garden .

·         The famous award-winning  Makris  Yalos  beach  is  just 2-3  min. walk away,

·          Argostoli (main town) is 2.3  k.m. away and can be reached by taking a 5 -  

            minutes taxi ride, or a brisk 30-minutes walk._

·          Tavernas, super markets and all amenities are nearby._

·             ''Marianna'' swimming pool/bar, is behind Simatos 2 minutes walk, which serves breakfast and  snacks, with free use for ''Simatos" guests.

·         Free transfers to and from  the  airport, only for bookings of more than 5 nights .
